Against:

- Brown vs Board of Education was a Supreme Court case that argued that segregated schools was unconstitutional.
-Plessy vs Ferguson made "separate but equal" legal as long as the white and black facilities were equal
- Brown vs Board argued that people were not using the separate but equal law and blacks were treated unfairly.
- Separate but equal is not equal and it makes African Americans think whites are inferior
For:
- Segregation is what we know and what is always has been. If we start changing segregation we will lose strength as a country and lose our southern support.
- Segregation should be part of our daily lives. We should not get rid of segregation because I goes against the Bible. The Bible mentions having slaves and we should respect that being segregated is okay.
- Separate but equal is what the citizens want
